to Order

Locate the
articles
you want to order using the Table of Contents or the journal’s search
function.

Click the link to
“Purchase Article”
and determine the
quantity and format you want to order. You may elect to receive print
hard copies and/or secure PDFs/electronic download of each article (see
below for more information about each order type).

Follow the
instructions
to return to the
journal content and continue ordering other articles, or to complete
your order and check out.

Print Orders
Print orders are high quality saddle-stitched “hardcopies” similar to
article reprints. These articles are printed on demand when you order.
Orders placed by 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are processed within 24
hours.
Secure PDF/Electronic Download
When
you order secure PDF copies of an article, you will receive an email with
a unique URL link to the article. This email can be forwarded to as many
recipients as you choose, or the link contained in the email can be copied
and pasted into a website. Note that each person that clicks on this link
from their unique computer will “debit” the number of secure PDF copies
you have purchased. You will not be able to save the PDF, but may print
out one copy of this PDF once it is accessed. If you intend to make
additional photocopies of this PDF, please report your reproductions to
the Copyright Clearance Center (www.copyright.com), in accordance with
United States copyright law.

Custom Orders/Help with Ordering/Feedback
Orders
can be customized for print or electronic (secure PDF) copies. Examples
of custom orders include: including the cover of the original issue in
which the article appeared; creating amalgams of articles (e.g. article
sets or coursepacks) to be printed and distributed as one piece; attaching
a personally designed coversheet.

Payment
Prepayment (in US dollars) is required for all orders (direct and
permission). This site offers a secure environment for transmitting
encrypted payment information; however, we also accept payment information
by phone, or fax. Orders will not ship until payment is received. Online
orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Educational
and governmental organizations within the United States may also submit
online orders using a purchase order.

For print copy orders, shipping and handling is charged separately. You

Delivery Time
All
print copy orders received by 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, ship
within 24 hours. Orders received after hours or on Saturday/Sunday will
not be processed until the next business day.
