All reservations are being coordinated by the housing bureau and NOT with the hotel directly. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit card expiration dates must be later than June 15, 2008. To obtain the special meeting rates, make your reservations by June 15, 2008

Confirmations
Confirmation will be emailed, faxed, on line, or mailed to you from the housing bureau. You will not receive a separate confirmation from your hotel. If you do not receive a confirmation

Free rooms on the campus housing will be offered to the first 40 abstracts that are submitted.  You will be contacted directly after the abstract submission deadline.
