Program Description
Summer Research in the Department of Pathology, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
I am part of Roya Khosravi-Far's laboratory. Dr. Khosravi-Far's laboratory focusses on cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. My research is focused on investigations into pathobiology of myeloproliferative neoplasms. I work on a model of chronic myelogenous leukemia, characterizing bone marrow stem cells, and regulation of hematopoietic stem cells and leukemic stem cells.
Program dates are flexible; between May - August (with a short break in June.) Only one student will be accepted. The application deadline: Feb 28th
